We recently were in Las Vegas and this was better than most. They even have a separate area where they prepare fresh pasta dishes, grilled shrimp, grilled fish and other items. The fried shrimp were very good and crunchy on the outside and cooked perfectly. They even had rare prime rib, and if you wanted it more done, like my wife, they would grill it right in front of you. They even had steamed clams! The prime rib was average but what puts them over the top is the freshness of the beef. The crab legs were delicious, and instead of them being piled up in a heap they were served right out of the steamer. The place was clean and there were always employees making sure the lines were cleaned up. Everything was prepared correctly and fresh.

I have been to other buffets in the area and they are OK, but the Horseshoe was the best. The buffet opened at 4:00 pm and we arrived around 4:30 pm. My wife and I recently went to Horseshoe Southern Indiana to try the seafood buffet. I would advise getting there early as the line. This was a 5 star trip and I am looking forward to going back soon. Our waiter's name was Charles and he was the best! He kept my coffee hot, and the table clean. The staff was friendly and everyone was working hard to keep things running.
